Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to abide to my terms of service. and that you are lending me your character to draw in my own interpretation and style, that you have seen my art and trust me with your character. if you go against my wishes you will be blacklisted.all payment will be through either paypal or square invoicing. square is currently unavailable but will be open in the future.payment MUST be upfront before i start your commission. i do not offer payment plans until a commission is over $150.full refunds are only available if i hadn’t started your commission yet. refunds vary between 75%-50%. no refunds are available once your commission is completed or near completion.i have the right to decline or refund a commission any time for any reason.i have the right to use any commissioned piece noncommercially. whether it’s used in a portfolio or posted on social media. if you don’t want me posting your commission please let me know in advanced, most preferably after payment and negotiation.my art will not be sold, redistributed, and profited under any circumstances. especially in the form of an nft.once your commission is confirmed i will send progress updates throughout the pieces different stages. sketch>line>color>shading/render. you are free to ask for more progress reports if desired. as long as it isn’t a daily occurrence.you are allowed a specific amount of free changes to your commission. sketches are free unless i have to start over from scratch. lined stages you are allowed 3 free changes. colored and shading stage you are allowed 2 free changes. there are no options once your commission is in its rendering stage. additional fees may range from $3-$5 depending on complexity of the change.i will draw the following:
-dragons
-creature designs
-just about any animal
-anthropomorphic creatures
-ask!!willing to draw but for a higher price:
-humanoid mythical creatures
-urban surroundings
-mild mecha
-complex clothing
-complex designs
-ask!!will NOT draw:
-nsfw
-fetishes both sfw and nsfw
-complex mecha
-complex urban surroundings (e.i, cars, intense futuristic buildings up close)
-complex mecha
-nfts
-humans
-derogatory themes and or symbols
-anything that goes against my beliefsadditional characters are x1.5 the base price of your commission. complex character designs are an extra $5-$10 depending on complexity. i will be the judge whether a design is complicated or not.a ref sheet with at least one pose is required for me to accept your commission. it must be fullbody with no shading or confusing details that mess with its base colors. if you have a traditional ref sheet i will require you to hand pick the colors digitally to make sure i get your character as accurate as possible.
